                                Pete Swenson

Chief Executive Officer
Pete Swenson serves as chairman and chief executive officer for Park Dental Partners, Inc., (PDPI), the largest Minnesota-based provider of business and nonclinical support to general and multi-specialty dental practices. He works in close collaboration with key doctor leaders involved in all facets of the governance and management of the group, which has been in operation for over 50 years.
Pete has served in leadership capacities for over two decades, steering executive and operational functions, and leading the growth of the group from 98 doctors to more than 200 doctors and 1,400 team members.
Prior to joining Park Dental, Pete was vice president of market development for American Dental Partners (ADPI), a dental practice management company now owned by Heartland Dental. During his tenure, he helped grow ADPI from start-up to over $300 million in revenues through its 1998 IPO.
Pete’s board memberships have included American Academy of Dental Group Practice and Voyageurs National Park Association. He currently serves as chair of the PDPI board and has served on the Park Dental Partners Foundation board since its inception in 2015.
Pete earned his bachelor’s degree in economics with departmental distinction from St. Olaf College.

Chief Clinical Officer, General Practices
Dr. Chris Steele serves as the chief clinical officer, general practices, for Park Dental Partners, Inc., (PDPI), the largest Minnesota-based provider of business and nonclinical support to general and multi-specialty dental practices. He is responsible for overseeing clinical standards and practices, and ensuring quality patient care across all affiliated general dental practices. He also spearheads continuing education and professional development initiatives for general dentists within the affiliated dental practices.
With over three decades of experience, Dr. Steele has served in multiple operational and governance leadership capacities within the organization, and continues to practice as a general dentist. He originally joined the group in 1991 and has led Park Dental, a general dental group with over 160 dentists, as president since 2019. Dr. Steele currently serves as a director on the PDPI Board and has also served on the Park Dental Partners Foundation Board since its inception in 2015.
Dr. Steele holds a bachelor of science degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, and a DDS degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He completed a general practice residency program at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.

Chief Clinical Officer, Specialty Practices
Dr. Alan Law serves as chief clinical officer, specialty practices, for Park Dental Partners, Inc., (PDPI), the largest Minnesota-based provider of business and nonclinical support to general and multi-specialty dental practices. Dr. Law is responsible for overseeing clinical standards and practices, and ensuring quality patient care across all affiliated specialty dental practices. He also spearheads continuing education and professional development initiatives within the affiliated dental practices.
With almost three decades of experience, Dr. Law has served in multiple operational and leadership capacities within the organization, and continues to practice as an endodontist. He originally joined the group in 1996, and since 2003 has served as president of The Dental Specialists, a multi-specialty dental practice with over 40 specialists. Dr. Law currently serves as a director on the PDPI Board.
Dr. Law is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he also received his DDS degree, certificate in endodontics, and Ph.D. in Mechanisms and Modulation of Orofacial Pain. He is a past president of the American Association of Endodontists, American Board of Endodontics, and Minnesota Association of Endodontics. He has published several articles in scientific and clinical journals and textbooks, is an editor of Endodontics: Principles and Practice, and has lectured at over 300 local, national and international meetings.

Chief Financial Officer
Christopher Bernander serves as chief financial officer for Park Dental Partners, Inc., (PDPI), the largest Minnesota-based provider of business and nonclinical support to general and multi-specialty dental practices. He’s responsible for managing the company’s accounting, treasury, internal control, financial planning and analysis, and revenue cycle operations.
Chris joined the company in 2022, after holding CFO and financial leadership roles in technology and professional services companies including Calabrio, Digital River, and Renaissance Learning. Over his career, Chris has worked in numerous publicly held and private equity backed organizations, including Francisco Partners, Siris Capital, Thoma Bravo and TPG. He started his career in accounting, working at Ernst & Young and Bemis Company (now Amcor).
With over two decades of experience across technology, consumer and healthcare industries, Chris brings a proven ability to drive strategy, efficiency and innovation to Park Dental Partners.
A certified public accountant, Chris holds a bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Chief Administrative Officer
Jean Lind serves as chief administrative officer for Park Dental Partners, Inc., (PDPI), the largest Minnesota-based provider of business and nonclinical support to general and multi-specialty dental practices. She is responsible for driving value through management of resources including quality assurance and compliance, patient experience, team relations, recruitment, marketing, and clinical mentor teams.
A 44-year veteran of PDPI, Jean has served in numerous leadership roles over the years. In 2015, she helped establish Park Dental Partners Foundation as the charitable, nonprofit arm of the organization and serves as its board president.
Jean began her career as a clinical dental hygienist, where she developed a passion for quality patient care and a dedication to the company’s mission of improving people’s lives as a leader in oral health.
Jean earned her graduate of dental hygiene degree from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor of science from the University of St. Francis.

Jason Halupnick serves as Vice President of Business Development at Park Dental Partners, Inc. (PDPI), the largest Minnesota-based provider of business and nonclinical support to general and multi-specialty dental practices. In this role, Jason leads the company’s strategic growth efforts, overseeing market expansion through mergers and acquisitions.
With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, finance, and operations, Jason plays a key role in advancing PDPI’s mission to increase access to high-quality dental care while supporting the long-term success of its affiliated practices. He is deeply committed to building meaningful partnerships that benefit dental providers, care teams, and the communities they serve. His collaborative leadership style and focus on long-term value help shape PDPI’s future with both people and patients in mind.
Jason brings extensive expertise in revenue growth, corporate strategy, and business development. Before joining PDPI, he held leadership roles in finance and strategy and served as a consultant to mid- and large-cap executive teams, advising on market expansion, operational performance, and strategic planning. His earlier career includes positions at Deloitte Consulting and Houlihan Lokey, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions.
Jason holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa.

Brian Zard serves as vice president of operations for Park Dental Partners, Inc., (PDPI), the largest Minnesota-based provider of business and nonclinical support to general and multi-specialty dental practices. He’s responsible for driving the organization’s continued growth, ensuring operational alignment with its strategic vision, and collaborating on new initiatives with chief clinical officers in dyad partnerships.
Brian has over a decade of service with Park Dental Partners and was previously senior director of corporate development, a role he assumed in 2020.
Brian holds a bachelor of arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, and a master of business administration from the University of St. Thomas.

Michelle Albo, DH, serves as the Senior Director of Dental Hygiene and Team Mentorship at Park Dental Partners, Inc., the largest Minnesota-based provider of business and nonclinical support to general and multi-specialty dental practices. She brings more than 20 years of clinical, educational, and leadership experience with Park Dental Partners to her role. Her clinical expertise spans general and periodontal care, with a strong emphasis on early disease detection, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based practice. She has played a key role in developing hygiene protocols that integrate seamlessly with both general dentistry and specialty services, ensuring continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Michelle began her career with Park Dental Partners in 2002 as a dental assistant, then dental hygienist, and in 2015 transitioned to a role as a mentor, supporting the growth and development of fellow clinicians. Her passion for guiding others and improving care standards led her into senior leadership roles, where now, in addition to driving clinical and operational aspects of dental hygiene, she also oversees the team member mentorship program and the quality assurance department. In these roles, she fosters a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Michelle earned a degree in Dental Hygiene from Argosy University in 2005 and holds active licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Michelle serves on several dental hygiene program advisory boards, contributing her expertise to curriculum development, professional standards, and student mentorship. She is also a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and the Minnesota Dental Hygienists Association.

Nadine Bondhus is the Senior Director of Patient Experience and Clinical Improvement at Park Dental Partners, Inc., the largest Minnesota-based provider of business and nonclinical support to general and multi-specialty dental practices. Nadine leads strategic initiatives that enhance the patient experience and drive continuous clinical improvement. Along with her Patient Experience leadership, she also oversees the Learning and Development and Patient Communications teams and manages formal patient grievances and professional liability processes.
With more than 35 years of experience, Nadine began her career at Park Dental in 1987 as a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant. Nadine’s deep clinical expertise and leadership in patient experience, team development, and risk management have made her a trusted leader. Her work continues to shape a culture of excellence at Park Dental Partners, ensuring every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care. She is passionate about empowering teams, supporting continuous growth, and creating a patient experience built on trust and compassion.
Nadine earned her education at Normandale Community College, where she completed the Licensed Dental Assistant program. Over the years, she has held a variety of clinical and leadership roles, including mentoring, recruiting, training, doctor development and management of a variety of teams. She has also guided clinical and operational teams in elevating care standards, strengthening collaboration, and improving patient outcomes.

Brian Delgado serves as Senior Director of Marketing for Park Dental Partners, Inc., the largest Minnesota-based provider of business and nonclinical support to general and multi-specialty dental practices. In this role, Brian leads strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, support patient engagement, and drive growth across the organization’s network of affiliated practices.
With extensive experience in marketing and communications, Brian brings a deep understanding of healthcare branding and digital marketing. He joined Park Dental in 2013 and has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s marketing strategy, including its digital transformation, patient segmentation, branding, and sports partnerships.
Prior to joining Park Dental, Brian held roles in Fortune 500 companies Land O’Lakes and Supervalu where he supported a variety of consumer facing and internal digital marketing and branding initiatives.
Brian has undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Psychology from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management.

Rebekah Ditter serves as Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle for Park Dental Partners, Inc., the largest Minnesota-based provider of business and nonclinical support to general and multi-specialty dental practices. She is responsible for leading operations across credentialing, claims, insurance verification, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the revenue cycle. Rebekah also provides strategic guidance to the organization while partnering with leadership to strengthen financial performance and operational excellence.
A 20-year veteran of Park Dental Partners, Rebekah has advanced through numerous leadership roles, most recently being promoted to Senior Manager in June 2025. Her career progression reflects a dedication to both patient service and operational improvement across all areas of the revenue cycle.
She is recognized for her ability to streamline processes, foster collaboration, and strengthen team performance through effective communication and training initiatives. Drawing on her education in graphic design, Rebekah creates clear and engaging training and reference materials that enhance understanding and support both revenue cycle and practice team members.

With over 20 years of experience in dental recruitment, she has successfully led recruitment campaigns that have expanded Park Dental’s presence in growing markets and strengthened its reputation as an employer of choice.
A 27-year veteran of Park Dental Partners, Kim has held several clinical and non-clinical leadership roles throughout her career. She began as a dental assistant mentor, where she trained and guided new team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and reinforcing the importance of delivering high-quality patient care.
Building on this foundation, Kim transitioned into recruitment, combining her clinical expertise with a passion for developing strong professional relationships. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative strategies to attract and retain top dental talent, supporting Park Dental Partners’ continued growth and industry leadership.
Kim holds a Dental Assisting degree and an associate’s degree from Normandale Community College.

He is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, forecasting, internal reporting, and operational performance analysis.
Before joining Park Dental, Jerry held finance leadership roles in healthcare, health and wellness, technology and aviation companies including Azura Vascular Care, National Cardiovascular Partners, UTC Aerospace Systems, Life Time Fitness, and Honeywell. He brings a strong track record of financial solution design and deployment, process implementation and driving continuous improvement.
Jerry earned an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, a BA in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, and holds an inactive certified public accountant certificate.

With a strong background in accounting and financial management, David plays a key role in ensuring fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency throughout the company’s network of dental practices.
Prior to joining Park Dental Partners, David held leadership roles in finance in the technology and grocery sectors and brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, accounting, reporting, and compliance. He was most recently Global Controller at Digital River, a global e-commerce, payments and marketing services company. He was also previously Chief Accounting Officer at grocery wholesaler and retail businesses, United Natural Goods Inc. and Supervalu. His analytical expertise and collaborative approach help drive informed decision-making and support the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The Australian National University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).

In her role, Karla leads the organization’s human resources strategy, overseeing key functions such as organizational development, performance management, total rewards, and compliance with employment law.
With over 17 years of dedicated service at Park Dental Partners, Karla has built a career centered on aligning HR practices with business objectives. She is a trusted partner to senior leadership, known for fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Karla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

With over 30 years of experience in IT leadership across multiple sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, and retail, Chris brings a deep understanding of systems architecture, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Park Dental Partners, Chris held senior technology roles at Cargill Inc., Tennant Company, Target Corporation, and ValueVision Media Inc. His background includes global IT leadership, business continuity planning, and technical support management, making him a key driver of innovation and reliability across Park Dental Partners’ digital ecosystem.
Chris attended Concordia University, Saint Paul, MN, and Normandale College, Bloomington, MN, for Business Administration, and holds certifications in system administration and IT service management. He is passionate about aligning technology with business goals and empowering teams through smart, scalable solutions.

With more than three decades of experience in dental practice development and operations, Steve plays a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities and fostering partnerships across the Park Dental network.
Steve began his career in dental facilities management and steadily advanced through leadership roles at American Dental Partners and Park Dental, where he served as Manager of Market Development for over 15 years. His deep industry knowledge and collaborative approach have helped shape Park Dental Partners’ expansion strategy and strengthen its presence throughout the upper Midwest and beyond.
He holds Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and brings a robust skill set in strategic planning, budgeting, and cross-functional team leadership. Steve is passionate about improving access to quality dental care and supporting the long-term success of affiliated practices.
