Twin Cities-based dental resource organization creates new role to support growth, strategic alignment.

Park Dental Partners announces that Brian Zard has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. This new role will support the organization’s growth and ensure its operational alignment with its strategic vision. A 12-year veteran of Park Dental Partners, Zard had previously been Senior Director of Corporate Development, a role he had held since 2020.

“I am confident that Brian’s education and prior experience with our organization will both serve him well in his new role,” said Pete Swenson, CEO of Park Dental Partners. “Elevating Brian into this new role is further evidence of Park Dental Partners’ long history of talent development and promoting from within.”

Zard holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. In his new role, he will supervise Park Dental Partners’ four Regional Directors of Operations and two Specialty Directors of Operations.

“This promotion continues the planned evolution of our organizational structure, and I look forward to collaborating with Brian as he settles into this position,” said Dr. Chris Steele, President of Park Dental, Park Dental Partners’ largest general dentistry brand. “Brian has been a great asset to Park Dental Partners over the past 12 years, and I know he will contribute to our ongoing success in this important role,” added Dr. Alan Law, President of The Dental Specialists, the organization’s multi-specialty dentistry brand.

“I am thrilled to accept this new position and to contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization,” said Zard. “I’m excited to get back into an operational role, while working alongside a group of talented individuals to effectively support the patient care our doctors and teams provide every day. The organization has a bright future, and I am very excited to be a part of it.”
