Our affiliation process is collaborative, flexible and transparent. Because we understand the magnitude of the decisions involved in transitioning a practice, we believe it’s important to build a relationship before moving forward.
Here’s an overview of how we explore prospective partnerships.
1: Initial Meetings
We start by getting to know you and giving you opportunities to learn more about us. Our early exploratory meetings allow us to:
- Understand your long-term goals and aspirations.
- Share our unique vision and business structure, and answer your questions about the affiliation process.
- Introduce you to our leaders and other doctors who have partnered with us.
- Tour our facilities.
2: Valuation and Proposal
If our potential partnership feels like a good fit, we’ll move on to a detailed discussion of all the relevant financial and operational matters.
During this phase, we will provide a description of the transaction structure, which can be custom-tailored to fit both the long- and short-term goals of your practice and Park Dental Partners. Our team will review everything and answer any questions you may have.
3: Closing and Integration
Once we’ve agreed on the terms of our partnership, we’ll begin the closing and integration process. You’ll have a dedicated team supporting you and your practice throughout the transition, ensuring you get the most value out of the partnership – including all aspects of clinical and non-clinical support.
4: Get Involved
Following integration, partnering doctors are invited to get involved in governance, coaching, leadership roles, mentoring and other workgroups that support the organization.
