CEO Pete Swenson Named Twin Cities Business 2026 Notable Health Care Leader

Park Dental Partners CEO, Pete Swenson, has been named a Twin Cities Business 2026 Notable Health Care Leader. He is featured in the publication’s February/March edition, which is available this week.

Honorees are selected by the magazine’s editorial team from a pool of nominations submitted in 2025. To qualify, nominees must have at least five years of experience in their field and demonstrate a proven ability to effect meaningful change in their role or area of practice. Approximately a dozen leaders are recognized each year.

Twin Cities Business editors wrote, “These leaders are advancing patient care, pioneering medical innovations, and fostering inclusive, community-focused health solutions in the Twin Cities and beyond.”

Pete was selected in recognition of his leadership in guiding Park Dental Partners through a period of extraordinary growth and innovation by demonstrating a high level of preparation, discipline, and commitment to long-term value creation. Under his direction, the organization executed a rigorous, multi-year strategy to position the company for an initial public offering. That milestone was achieved on December 3, 2025, marking a defining moment in the company’s evolution. Pete’s strategic foresight, people-first leadership, and dedication to measurable quality distinguished him as a standout candidate for Twin Cities Business’ Notable Health Care Leaders list.

“I’m truly honored by this recognition and to be included among such a distinguished group of fellow honorees,” said Pete. “I’m also incredibly privileged to lead such an amazing organization, one where our doctors and team members are deeply committed to delivering the best outcomes for their patients and communities.”
